OUR PARTNERS

Our Culinary Partner

So Damn Gouda - Denver CO

Mike Keuler, the cheese-lover behind So Damn Gouda, is a professionally trained chef living in Denver, CO.  Mike began his culinary career at Johnson & Wales University and subsequently worked at the award-winning Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, CO.  While leading a cured meats and cheese department at a specialty store, Mike fell in love with the world of cheese and specialty food...and has never looked back.

Mike and his wife, Corissa purchased the Cheese + Provisions shop in October 2018 and have now combined the cheese plate delivery business with a beautiful brick and mortar location in the Sunnyside neighborhood in Denver.

Expert cheese selection is paramount and Chef Mike selects his favorite cheese from artisans around the world. So Damn Gouda takes the same care when selecting their specialty dried fruits, pickles, olives, gluten-free crackers, and cured meats. Their fig and red wine reduction jam, crostini, and cheese balls are all created in-house.

DAOU Family Estates

In 2007, DAOU Family Estates embraced the entrepreneurial spirit, trusted their instincts, and—with no compromises—planted their first vineyard. They have since become part of the most enthusiastic and exhilarating wine community in the world. DAOU Family Estates is proof that everything is possible.

By rewarding innovation and creativity and recognizing that people are the heart and soul of our business, DAOU has built a company based on passion, excellence, shared values, and respect for the terroir and the art of winemaking. They have dedicated themselves to producing wines of the highest quality, delivering world-class guest experiences, advocating thoughtful stewardship through sustainable wine-growing practices, and creating a work environment that attracts and inspires high-performing people. They are fierce about our culture and mission and work every day to bring joy.

Located in the mountains of Paso Robles, DAOU Family Estates handcrafts collectible, award-winning wines that rival the most respected appellations in the world. DAOU grapes are grown in the Adelaida AVA, which boasts remarkable steep-sloped geology, a cool Napa climate, and Bordeaux soil; they are hand-harvested at the peak of ripeness, cold-soaked to bring out color and flavor, and fermented with native yeast. Aged in new French oak, their inky reds and silky whites are free run and SIP-certified.

Jackson Family Wines

“Take care of the land and it will take care of you” - Jess Jackson

Jackson Family Wines, based in Sonoma County – in the heart of California’s wine country – is one of the few family-owned and operated winery groups of its kind. Founded in 1983 with a focus on artisanal wines of distinct character and quality, Jackson Family Wines’ portfolio of wineries includes Kendall-Jackson, La Crema, Freemark Abbey, Murphy-Goode, Stonestreet, Matanzas Creek and Cambria (plus many more!), as well as a collection of luxury wineries such as Cardinale, Lokoya and Verite.

Today, the Jackson family carries the formidable legacy of founder Jess Jackson forward to the next generation. We continue to embed our core values of land stewardship, inspired winemaking and a respect for wine at the table into the company’s local and worldwide practices. All of JFW’s wineries reflect a unique quality story steeped in extraordinary vineyards, remarkable artisan winemaking and the dedication of hard working, talented individuals. This philosophy is often called sustainability, but for us it’s all about providing environmental, social and economic benefits that our family, employees and community can all share – now and in the future.

7Cellars By John Elway

7Cellars was founded by professional football icon John Elway, and his long-time business partner, Jeff Sperbeck. With the success of Elway’s Steakhouses, John wanted to create a wine that would live up to his ideals and be a proud representation of his family’s name. They partnered with iconic winemaker Rob Mondavi, Jr. to release the company’s first vintage of Reserve wines -with a 2013 Cabernet and a 2014 Chardonnay. After five successful and sold out vintages of the Reserve, 7Cellars has expanded with a new collection. The Farm Collection was released in March of 2020. This collection is offered at a more approachable price point, but with the same superior quality for which the brand is known. Both Elway’s Reserve and The Farm Collection wines are found in retail stores and served in top restaurants and event venues across the country.
